Why do you need an Objective?
An objective refers to a qualitative and aspiration goal that is pursued by an individual, team, or company, within a defined timeframe.
Writing an objective is the first step in building your OKR. Think of what you are trying to accomplish, and articulate this in a concise, qualitative statement. It’s best if this statement is short and easy to understand so that team members can easily remember the objective and remain focused on their purpose.
