How to add Ratings?

Ratings are used in performance management to indicate an employee's level of performance or achievement. The following performance rating scale is set default in Profit.

Commendable

Need Improvements

Unsatisfactory

To add/edit ratings:

Step 1:

Navigate to Settings —> Performance —> Ratings

Step 2:

Click on the create to add new rating or click on the edit icon to modify the existing ones.

Step 3:

Click update to save your changes.
