How do I fill up a Manager assessment form?

A user must be a manager and must have team members (subordinates) in order to fill up a manager assessment form. The manager is only able to review the employee’s performance if they have submitted their self-assessment review.
To review an employee’s performance via the manager assessment form,
Step 1:
Go to Performance >> My Org’s Reviews in the left navigation panel.
Step 2:
Click on the user or team member whose performance you wish to review.
Step 3:
The manager assessment form of the selected user will appear.
Access the click to provide comments button under the review criteria by clicking and opening the comments box.
Step 4:
Enter your comments in the comment box.
Step 5:
Provide a rating for the review criteria by clicking on the node of the horizontal rating Bar.
Step 6:
Type comments and provide ratings for the remaining review criteria. Click on the Submit button to submit the manager assessment for the employee. Once you click on the Submit button the manager assessment form is submitted to the HR.
To submit later, click on the Save button at the bottom of the Manager assessment form. This will save the review Inputs and these can be edited later.
If you don’t wish to submit the assessment at all, click on Cancel.
