How to conduct OKR Reviews using the Progress, Plan and Problems (PPP) approach?

Check-ins are an integral of the OKR methodology. You have to check-in at regular intervals to keep the momentum going and march to the drumbeat to achieve the desired outcomes you set out to achieve. As part of your check-in, Profit allows you to review your OKRs using OKR Reviews feature.
Let’s go through the steps to enable and conduct OKR Reviews in Profit.
Enable OKR Reviews
You must be a super user to perform this task.
Click on the Settings tab in your left navigation panel and then click OKRs -> OKR Reviews.
You can enable OKR reviews at multiple levels.
- Corporate level
- Department level
- My Org level and,
- Individual OKR level
Setup OKR Review Template
The default OKR review template in Profit uses the PPP (Progress, Plan & Problems) methodology. If you would like to follow a different methodology or modify the methodology, you can change the review layout using the Master Layout.
Click on the Master Layout button against any OKR Review.
You can change the names, add/remove sections, and add/remove fields for your review.
Conducting OKR Reviews using the PPP Approach Access My OKRs and view the OKR that you want to conduct the OKR review for.
Click on Reviews tab and click on the New Review button.
A side panel will open where you can review your OKR.
Fill in the Overall Comments, Progress, Plan and Problems section to complete your OKR review.
