How do I watch OKRs of my subordinates?

The OKRs created by team members can be hand-picked and monitored by their superiors in Watched OKRs.

The Watched OKRs section shows OKRs that you are particularly watching, from across your team which will enable you to be on the top of pedantic tasks.

Click OKRs >>My Org OKRs in the left navigation panel.

Your team member’s OKRs are displayed here. Clicking the acronym of the team member names on the left hand side to display OKRs of that particular subordinate.

Click on the Eye icon of the desired OKR which you want to monitor particularly.

Clicking on the right-headed arrow will drill-down to the team members of your directs. You can also directly watch OKRs of any employees throughout the organization.

You can filter the OKRs based on the status of the Objective. Click on the filter icon to list all the status values. You can select to filter based on the selected value..

Go to OKRs >> Watched OKRs in the left navigation panel.

Watched OKRs displays all the OKRs which you have picked to monitor the progress of the OKRs.
