Can I change the priority of the task I created?

You can reset High, Medium, or Low priorities for tasks by clicking on My Tasks >> Update Task >> Priority. Select the priority from the drop-down list box to change the priority.

You can view your tasks according to the priorities set under Prioritized Tasks. Click on Prioritized Tasks (Dropdown) >> High/Medium/Low

The super users can also create custom priorities based on their organization’s requirement. This can be done by clicking on Settings>> Tasks >> Priorities >> Create.
