How can I get updates on all user activities?

All user activities across your organization like the date and time of the created OKRs, updated statuses, Check-ins, etc are displayed as a timeline under News Feed option. We have options to filter specific status and the number of days under News Feed activities.
Check out the News Feed by clicking on Check >> News Feed (left navigation panel)

The OKRs in the news feed can be filtered with the help of predefined filters and also can interact with the user by likes and comments.

Few interesting setting options you have under News feed,

Click on Settings >> News Feed >> (Events, Predefined Filters, Canned Messages)

1. Events:

News feed: You have various events which can be toggled to enable or disable the updates you wish to see on your News Feed.

Email feed: You can also toggle the required events to be notified you via email.

Slack feed: Toggling the events in the slack feed will enable you to post the updates in Slack application.

2. Predefined Filters

Name the filter and select the status change (from – to) you want to track. This gets reflected in the News Feed Predefined Filter option to
see the updates on the particular filter created.

3. Canned Messages

Here you can create, save a few messages for selected task status (from – to). These messages can be used to comment on the activities of other users under your News Feed.
